About The Therapist
Allison DiCaro, M.S., CCC-SLP, (Owner/Speech-Language Pathologist) is a New Jersey State Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and owner of Rainbow Speech Therapy LLC. She holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Allison graduated from Seton Hall University’s School of Health and Medical Sciences with a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences at Kean University.
Allison is a PROMPT trained therapist with additional experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). She has experience servicing children with a variety of delays/disorders such as:

Allison has a passion for early childhood speech/language therapy and pre-academic learning. She has over a decade of experience working in the New Jersey Public Schools with preschool-aged children with disabilities. Allison also has extensive experience and knowledge of New Jersey Special Education Policies and Procedures for evaluating preschool and school-aged children and determining service eligibility. She is passionate about advocating for children who are entitled to services needed to achieve academic success.
Allison is a life-long Monmouth County resident and mother of two little ones. She is also a classically trained singer who enjoys incorporating song and music into her therapy sessions. “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” is a song that has followed Allison in many aspects of her life. She has sung it publicly numerous times and has carried its’ optimistic message to help children and families throughout her career.
